动画《高分少女Extra Stage》是TV版动画《高分少女》后续的第13至15话。这几话并未在电视台播出，动画还会增加两名新角色，井泽诗织将为ニコタマ配音，三宅健太将为ザンギエフ配音。。霍父去世后，霍千琛受陆薇薇挑唆，与苏南乔发生嫌隙。陆薇薇陷害苏南乔入狱，还谎称其父母病逝。苏南乔发誓复仇，在霍、陆婚礼上携霍家叔叔出现阻止婚礼。后在医生帮助下找到儿子，揭露陆薇薇罪行，霍千琛被陆薇薇刺伤去世，苏南乔带娃过上平静生活。。An ex-military doctor finds herself in a deadly battle for survival when the Irish mafia seize control of the hospital at which she works.
