影片讲述香港发生了多起离奇命案，死者均有大量失血的症状。作家阿祖（李灿森饰）与记者疱疹（林晓峰饰）是一对好友，分别因挖掘创作灵感和找寻新闻素材而对这些案件产生了兴趣，而祖的印尼网友王茵（胡杏儿饰）是一名灵学专家，得知此案后认为事情并不简单，遂赴港与阿祖及疱疹联手调查。。Edwin Antony (Hywel Bennett) is emasculated in an accident which kills a young philanderer. Doctors successfully replace his member with that of the dead man, but refuse to tell him the full story of the organ's origin.
