在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。影片根据真实事件改编。二战期间，一群盟军战俘在挖掩体时，遇炮火袭击，在躲避时，意外地被埋葬在地下深处一个坚固的混凝土掩体内，虽然里面存放有足够的食物和蜡烛，足够这几人生存多年，但长时间的暗无天日的地下生活，使人意志逐渐崩溃...。Documentary exploring the events of 15 September 1940, the day Churchill described as the 'crux of the battle' and which is now celebrated as Battle of Britain Day.
